Registration for the Congress can be made only through the website.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of registration will be accepted under the following circumstances:
1) Until 2008, May 14 Refund of 70% of paid value
2) Until 2008, June 14 - Refund of 50% of paid value
3) After June 14 - No refund.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT

1) REGISTRATION PAYMENT FOR NON-RESIDENTS
Payment must be made by International VISA Credit Card or AMEX (American Express Card)
Registrations without complete credit card data will not be accepted.
Please Click On-line Registration. When entering the on-line system for the first time, click on "New User" to the right, and follow the instructions for filling out the form. If re-entering, type in your email address and the password you initially selected. Follow the instructions. The credit card information must be faxed to the Congress Secretariat at: 55 11 3361 3089

2) ON-LINE PAYMENT FOR RESIDENTS (BRAZILIANS)
Payment must be made by clicking on On-line Registration and follow the instructions
Complete the Registration form on CiEventus and print the bank payment form.
