WELCOME
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we look forward
to welcoming you in August 2008 to the XIIIth International Symposium
on Cholinergic Mechanisms (ISCM). This most important meeting will bring
together outstanding scientists in the fields of nicotinic acetylcholine
receptors, muscarinic receptors, cholinesterase and anticholinesterases
with an emphasis on translational research that has direct impact on addressing
major catastrophic diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia,
Parkinson’s disease and epilepsy.
