Brazilian Waterfalls
Iguaçu National Park – Brazil
With their 275 falls embedded in the rocks, the Iguaçu Waterfalls are the largest in the whole world and are surrounded by exuberant rainforest. The 1-km pedestrian walk is endowed with lookout platforms, bridges, elevators and gift shops is done on foot.

Macuco Safári
Iguaçu National Park – Brazil
A ride on an electrical vehicle takes passengers over a 3-km trail through rainforest followed by a 600-meter walk passing by the Macuco Falls and then by boat tour up to the Waterfalls’ canyon.
Excitement is created boat travels almost under the waterfalls. Animals can usually be seen during early morning hours or at the end of the afternoon.

San Ignacio Old Remains

Poço Preto Trail

A 9-km trail that can be done on foot, by bike, automobile or by jeep. Beautiful species of the native flora and fauna can be observed on this trail.
A boat trip can also be taken across the upper Iguaçu River, going past Parrots Island and Herons Island, where the number of birds is astonishing. Along the riverbanks some aquatic animal species can be sighted as well. Next, the visitor can choose to follow the river on inflatable ducks and row through small islands or to simply remain aboard the boat and enjoy the river. Disembarkation points are at the Porto Bananeira or Porto Canoas.
